1. Our Core Principle

At Peak, we believe your time, focus, and thoughts belong solely to you. We built Peak as a pure, minimalist tool for deep work.

Our privacy policy is simple: We do not collect, store, sell, or transmit your personal data. Everything you do in Peak stays on your device.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Peak does not require user registration or an account. We never ask for or track:

  • Your name, email address, or phone number.
  • Your geographical location or GPS data.
  • Your device identifiers, IP address, or network activity.
  • Your calendar, contacts, photos, or documents.

3. On-Device Storage (SwiftData)

All focus history, session lengths, target elevations, earned altitude badges, and settings preferences are stored locally on your device inside an isolated application sandbox using Apple's SwiftData framework.

If you delete the Peak app from your iOS device, all stored focus sessions and data are deleted permanently with it.

4. Zero Third-Party Telemetry & Analytics

We do not embed any third-party analytics frameworks, crash reporters, advertising libraries, or trackers (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Facebook SDK, or Mixpanel). No data packets leave your device while using Peak.

5. In-App Purchases (StoreKit 2)

Peak offers an optional one-time lifetime purchase (Peak Pro). All transactions are processed directly and securely through Apple's App Store (StoreKit).

We never receive, handle, or store your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or bank details. All purchase authentication and receipt validation are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

6. Children's Privacy

Because Peak collects no personal data from any user, it is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Peak is safe for users of all ages.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
